2. Cleaning of heat exchanger
After the heat exchange equipment has been operated for a long time, due to the corrosion, erosion, fouling, coking and other reasons of the medium, the inner and outer surfaces of the pipes have different degrees of scaling or even blockage. Therefore, it must be thoroughly cleaned during shutdown and maintenance. Common cleaning (sweeping) methods include wind sweeping, water washing, steam sweeping, chemical cleaning and mechanical cleaning.
However, this traditional cleaning method, such as mechanical methods (scraping, brushing), high-pressure water, chemical cleaning (pickling), etc., has many problems when cleaning equipment: it cannot completely remove deposits such as scale, and the acid solution causes corrosion to the equipment. There are loopholes, and the residual acid will cause secondary corrosion or under-scale corrosion to the material, which will eventually lead to the replacement of equipment. In addition, the cleaning waste liquid is toxic and requires a lot of money for waste water treatment. However, the use of efficient, environmentally friendly, safe, non-corrosive and biodegradable environmentally friendly cleaning agents not only has a good cleaning effect but also does not corrode the equipment, which can ensure the long-term use of the condenser.
